Digital Sponsor provides:

• AI-assisted recovery support and guidance
• Interactive step work exercises based on 12-step programs
• Access to recovery literature and resources
• Crisis support resources and hotline information
• Meeting finder tools

3. Not Professional Treatment

Digital Sponsor is a supportive tool and:

• Is NOT a replacement for a human sponsor
• Is NOT professional therapy or counseling
• Is NOT medical treatment for addiction
• Does NOT provide emergency crisis intervention

If you are in crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room.

4. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering
• You may not share your account with others

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use the Service to distribute spam or advertisements

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• The Service and its content are protected by copyright and other laws
• AA literature excerpts are used in accordance with AA World Services guidelines
• You retain ownership of your personal step work responses
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements:

• Ads help us keep the basic Service free
• We strive to show only recovery-appropriate advertisements
• We block ads for alcohol, gambling, and other triggering content
• Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience

9. Subscription Services

Optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") provide additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You may cancel at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
